Small-data design
Privacy by keeping things small.
LightTools pages should ask only for the details that are needed for the real-life moment: a name, contact detail, booking choice, guest note, contribution, file or check-in status — depending on the page.
People do not need a public profile to use a LightTools page.
Private organiser links should stay private. Exports and guest lists should be handled carefully and removed when they are no longer needed.
Each live LightTool may have its own exact data note, because a ticket page, a meeting page and a file drop do not need the same information.
The guiding rule is simple: collect as little as possible, use it only for the purpose of the page, and keep the handover clear.
